Our program is led by the most experienced Hyrox Level 1 Trainers and Hyrox Performance Coaches, whose sole focus is to help you achieve your fitness goals and excel in the global phenomenon that is the World Championship of Fitness Racing: Hyrox.
With a proven track record of success, our coaches have guided athletes to over 30 podium finishes and supported 11 teams and 3 individuals on their journey to the Hyrox World Championships.

L3 Hyrox programming and classes aren't just your run of the mill workout plan. We are a training program. While our uniquely designed Hyrox training program will improve your overall fitness, it designed to prepare your body and mind to take on the stimulus elicited by Hyrox races.
Our Hyrox Training Classes and daily programming last approximately one hour. Our training program focuses on building your endurance, strength, speed and ability to recover while compromised. Our training program is broken up into blocks, built around races with intention of developing well rounded athletes who are prepared to conquer the race.
If you can't attend classes for any reason but wanted to take advantage of our proven Hyrox training methods, we offer one-on-one online personal programming. This programming is built specifically for that individual athlete. The programming starts with a thorough assessment of the athlete including looking at pervious race performances and metrics. If athletes have not completed a race, we have baseline testing that allows us to predict what your race may look like.
We then use that data to create a personalized program to improve your weaknesses and take full advantage of your strengths. If you already follow a running or training program, we are also able to look at what you are doing, your schedule and program workouts to fill the gaps in your current training plan that will help you run your best race.
Our personal training sessions at the gym can serve one of three purposes.
1)You can choose this option and choose to have a personalized program created for you and have supervised training sessions by an experienced Hyrox coach to ensure you are meeting the desired training stimulus and adjust programming acoordingly.
2) You can train part time with one of our experienced Hyrox trainers if you already have a training program, and they will customize the training plan to fill the gaps of your other program
or
3) You can choose to have either 30 minute or 60-minute sessions, however many you choose to get one on one attention focused on mastering technique, efficiency and strategy for specific Hyrox "Zones" (I.E. Ski-Erg technique and pacing, Sled Pull technique).
All memberships include detailed performance analysis with a concurrent goal setting session ($25.00. value each). We do analysis and compare your performance after simulations at the gym, and after completing Hyrox races. After analyzing your performance, we set realistic goals for future races. Outside of allowing us to identify areas of improvement, they allow us to make recommendations for additional training to ensure we are seeing consistent progress in the program.
Depending on how many races you intend on running and the time between each races, or switch in race partners, we offer race Full simulations. For most of our athletes this means we do these twice annually. These allow athletes to get a "feel" for the race and allow us to identify areas of improvements. These simulations allow us to adequately predict what an athlete or team may run on race day.
In addition to full Hyrox race simulations, we also do half simulations. These simulations, like the full simulations serve a purpose and can help us to not only predict race times, but identify "sticking" points within the race.
All simulations are included in your membership for no additional charge ($25.00 value each athlete)
Our seminars focus on three aspects of the race: Technique, Strategy and Nutrition. This is the time athletes get more one on one attention, ensuring their technique allows them to move efficiently in all aspects of the race, they have an appropriate strategy to approach each event, and they are properly fueling their body to handle the training, and their body is adequately nourished to run their best race. These seminars when not free, are included with all Hyrox membership ($25.00 value each athlete)
